13HITZ was created in 1999, however Tommy Europe’s experience in fitness & training techniques began over 18 yrs ago. High level sports played a huge role in my life from the age of 10, football & hockey being my main sports throughout university.  After graduating from Bishops University I was drafted 9^th overall in the 1993 CFL Draft.

During my 11yr Pro football career I have achieved many successes, with the highlight being winning a Grey Cup with the 1994 British Columbia Lions.Since then I have continued to seek education through programs, and seminars to stay on top of developments in the in the fitness industry. My training and professional experience separates me from others because I have been where you are now, and am proof that setting goals coupled with strong commitment will lead to success in any field of play.  The key is getting started.        

I have an extensive experience working with individuals and groups requiring general fitness & conditioning, toning, and sport specific training.  My client base ranges in age, gender, and fitness level.
