Stephanie has recently completed studies in Exercise & Sport Psychology. She has over 13 years experience
getting clients to their goals.
Stephanie's expertise is in weight loss and weight
management, program design, core conditioning, balance and stability, and
pre/post natal exercise prescription.
Stephanie motivates her clients with encouragement and positive reinforcement to give a sense of control of their own development and build confidence in their ability.
She believes that the key to obtaining and staying physically fit is the development of an integrated program that offers new and exciting exercises that safely progress the client to the next challenging level.

Dan is also a certified ski-instructor, a former pro-fencer, and a running enthusiast.

Trevor is a well experienced
vancouver personal trainer with a background in kinesiology and health sciences
from York University.
As a former varsity athlete
at York University (hockey), he has a very strong background in
sport specific training as well as experience in post
rehab conditioning and strengthening.
Using unique techniques in his
personal
training, he likes to keep each workout interesting,
intense and fun.
Trevor takes a very functional
approach to personal training, working towards strength
for everyday life and sport specific movements as
opposed to training in segments, unless isolation is a part of
your fitness goals.
Trevor believes in working on
three fundamental aspects of everyday life; mobility,
flexibility and stability. These aspects lead to
core strength, the basis behind any movement and
correct posture.
