André Noël Potvin
M.Sc., CES, CSCS

André Noël Potvin is a fitness educator and rehabilitation exercise specialist with 23 years of leadership experience and 13 years of specialization in clinical exercise and post-injury rehabilitation.  He is currently managing partner of EnerChanges Medical, Health, Wellness and Fitness Clinic in Vancouver.  André holds a M.Sc. in cardiac rehabilitation from the University of British Columbia, where he served for 4 years on the teaching faculty of the School of Human Kinetics.  He is a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist (CES) of the American Council on Exercise and an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).  André is also founding president and owner of INFOFIT Educators School for Fitness Professionals and a BCRPA Trainer of Leaders.   He is frequently invited to lecture at international certification and continuing education seminars for personal trainers, chiropractors, physiotherapists and registered kinesiologists.

Troy Tyrell

Troy Tyrell - Personal Trainer

Troy Tyrell is Founder and Owner of Tsquared Training.

Troy offers over 10 years of training experience and has networked and trained with some of the best names in the local and international fitness and health industries.  From Massage Therapists, Power lifters, Fitness Competitors to Athletic Trainers and Naturopathic Doctors and with over 15 years in recreational and recreationally competitive sports, Troy offers comprehensive knowledge of fitness and health trends and issues.   Over the years, Troy continuously updates his skills and knowledge to ensure he is on top of the most current health and fitness trends.

As a recreational hockey player, mountain biker, volley-ball player, and multi-sport competitor, Troy must be continually on top of his training and be current on training techniques.  He uses his knowledge from the early years of training with friends who were world-class record holding athletes, Personal trainers, and Fitness Competitors where Troy learned many new and different techniques to train the human body for maximum results.   Troy also practices yoga and bases much of his training on principles following yoga philosophies.

Troy is currently studying for his Clinical Exercise Specialist certification. Philosophy

I have been a pharmaceutical technician since 1992 and have over the years noticed an alarming increase in the use of prescription medications for conditions that are controllable with simple diet and exercise. I want to be there to help people help themselves to a healthier and happier lifestyle. I would like to be there to help decrease the countries growing health crisis with obesity in both adults and children. I believe a healthy lifestyle begins when we are children and they need positive role models. My personal goals are to continue with my education as a clinical exercise specialist.
